With games being announce all over the world for soccer match ups. There are several that come to
mind when you think about soccer. Some that have really made history.
Spain Vs. Yugoslavia in 2000. Spain found themselves needing a win to make memorable history.
They did that my winning in 2000. With only seconds on the clock they need one point to win. Gaizka
Mendieta got that one point they needed but now without taking a penalty for the team Alloing Alfonso
Perez to make a point.
Liverpool vs Alaves at the WEFA world cup Final in Westfalenstadiun in Dortmound, Germany in 2001.
In this gam Liverpool was defiantly most everyone’s favorite team and alaves was on a winning streak
that year. With Liverpool having some great player and getting 2 goals within a 15 minute period helped
liverpool out a lot. During the second half of the game Alaves came back strong 4-4 and going in to
overtime were Liverpool made the last goal winning the game.
All soccer games don’t go into history like these 2 games did, but you never know your might get to be
there when one does.
